What You'll Do

As a key face of our company, you will:

1. Be the Expert: Conduct thorough inspections and deliver high-quality reports that give clients peace of mind.

   
   

2. Be the Consultant: Return client calls and emails promptly.

   
   

3. Be a Leader: Maintain your CE credits and stay at the forefront of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland inspection standards.

   
   

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in "getting it right."

Experience

1+ years in home inspection or construction is preferred. ASHI/InterNACHI certification or DE licensure is a major plus.

Physicality

You should be comfortable with heights (walking on roofs) and the physical demands of crawlspaces and attics.

Availability

You value a flexible schedule but are available to work every other Saturday to serve our clients during the peak real estate window.

Reliability

A clean driving record and a self-motivated mindset are essential.

A Note for Aspiring Inspectors

If you have construction experience but aren't yet licensed, we offer an intensive, high-speed training program. It is physically and mentally demanding, but it will prepare you for a successful career in home inspection.
