As certified members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), you can be assured that Reliable Home Inspection Service inspectors are not only qualified but also adhere to the association’s standards of practice and code of ethics. All of our inspectors are background checked, attend educational classes regularly, and have a good moral compass.
There are no federal laws governing home inspectors. We are regulated only by the individual states. Since the laws vary from state to state – and some states don’t have home inspection regulations – how can you be sure that your inspector is qualified, experienced, and trustworthy?

Meet The Inspectors
Francis Glynn

"I inspect every home as if it were my daughter or mother buying it for themselves."
Francis Glynn is a lead Home Inspector at Reliable Home Inspection service and started his career with Reliable 14 years ago. Francis is an ASHI Certified Inspector as well as a NRPP Certified Radon Technician who has vast experience not only inspecting residential homes, but also complex commercial buildings. Francis has completed thousands of inspections across DE, PA and MD during his fourteen years as a certified Home Inspection and specializes in New Construction Inspections.

A longtime Middletown, DE resident, Francis's formal education is a Teaching Degree for Physical Education and he has taken his love of teaching and his vast experience to train new Home Inspectors. In Francis's spare time, he is highly involved in coaching his boy's football games.

John is an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), President of Reliable Home Inspection Service, Inc, and the Vice Chair of the Delaware Board of Home Inspectors.
John has performed over 20,000 residential, multi-unit, and commercial inspections. These inspections represent habitable disputes, conservancy, problem diagnosis, and maintenance. I have inspected a wide scope of price ranges, from $45,000 homes to well over $1,000,000 homes... homes from the inner city to the suburbs... homes from the beach, to the bay... and homes as old as 1699 to homes that are brand new!

Tammy Kerrigan
Tammy Kerrigan, co-owner of Reliable Home Inspection Service and Affordable Pest Control Service, grew up in Chester County and graduated from Kennett High School. She is a Certified Lead Assessor, Radon Control Technician and a member of the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP).
Steve Kremer
Steve Kremer, raised in Elkton, Maryland, graduated from Waynesburg University with a degree in Political Science. He is a DEP and NEHA Certified Radon Control Technician and a member of the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP).
Lindsey Root
Lindsey was born in Philly but spent a lot of her childhood exploring her grandparents' much-renovated home in Oxford. At her grandparents' she found mysterious doors and a lifelong love of old houses. Would give discounts in exchange for pictures of your dog or cat if she could.
Later, Lindsey graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's of science in Behavioral Health Science.
