We’re looking for an experienced, passionate home inspector. Ideally, we'd like you to be Licensed as a Home Inspector in DE or Licensed in PA or MD AND be either an InterNachi or ASHI Certified Home Inspector.

Our office team handles all scheduling, marketing and coordination of your Home Inspection appointments. You as the Home Inspector would be responsible for:

​

1) Completing your Home Inspections and delivering the Report in a timely manner to the clients.

2) Returning client phone calls and emails with questions about their reports in a timely manner during your work hours.

3) Maintaining any and all CE credits necessary for your licensing and certification.

​

We are looking for a detail oriented individual with outstanding client service and communication skills. We’ve been in the home inspection business for 31 years and we’d like to provide you with all of the tools and support to become a successful home inspector!

​

If you do not have home inspection experience please be aware that the training is intense in terms of education, physical activity, and time. We are looking for self-motivated candidates.

​

Job Requirements:

· Education (required): High School or GED

- Good driving record (required)

· Experience (preferred): 5+ years of ASHI home inspection or construction experience in Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Maryland

· Experience (required): 1+ years of inspection or construction experience

· Language (preferred): Bilingual – Spanish and English

Important Notes:

• Applicants must be comfortable with heights. Home inspectors are expected to walk the roof whenever it is safe to do so.

• Applicants must be comfortable and able to enter a crawlspace. Home inspectors are expected to enter the crawlspace fully during an inspection whenever it is safe to do so.  

• Home inspectors will need to be available to work every other Saturday. Candidate must be able to work independently but will be supported by office staff.

Home inspectors are paid per inspection. Additional compensation is available for inspectors certified in other types of inspections (lead, mold, radon, etc.) You get to work with a local, family-owned and operated business that’s been inspecting homes in the tri-state area for 31 years!
