We offer courses for realtors and aspiring realtors throughout Delaware and in the following Pennsylvania counties: Philadelphia, Delaware, and West Chester. We have a variety of courses that we offer and bring the education to your office.  We also offer online courses to schools and offices in the above counties.

This all-day course covers it all.  Learn about foundation walls/footings, electric, roofing, siding, chimney types, stucco, plumbing, heating types, cooling, drainage systems (interior & exterior), floor types, and basic wood destroying insects.  This course covers a lot and will provide you with a good understanding of all the components of a home, inside and outside.
