"We are in the process of buying a home. We needed several inspections. Reliable Home Inspection Services provides 3 that we needed: Home inspection, Radon Testing, and Termite Inspection. It was very nice to have the 3 in 1 service provider. We made the appointment by phone about 5 days prior to the service date. Their office called a day or so prior to the appointment to confirm the time, answered several of our questions, and they were very accommodating. The inspector, John Kerrigan, was super punctual - right to the minute on time and apologized that he wasn't early. The inspections and testing were completely thorough. I was able to be there, on-site, ask questions, and see the whole process unfold. He uses good technology in the inspection process and reporting. He explains the pros and cons of what he's seeing through out the home, and was very professional. He was very careful to be safety conscious, as well as very respectful to leave the seller's home in exactly the same manner as it was before the inspection. After the inspections - still on-site, he took the time to explain the documentation process, and next steps. We now have a high quality inspection report; we got it very quickly. It contains wonderful photos, documentation, explanations as well as some other supplemental/helpful information. He has offered to be available after the fact if we have additional questions, etc. I could not be more impressed with this company and how it's operated and the services they provide to sellers, buyers, realtors, and home owners. The general home inspection, the termite inspection, and the radon testing have now been done for us, with a single service provider, in a timely manner, and it was all super helpful in our home buying process."
